This page describes what happens to information submitted through this website.

This policy applies to prople.com.au and the enquiry form on our Book a consultation page. It describes what happens to any information you share with us through this site.
The only place this site collects information is the consultation form. Depending on what you submit, that can include your name, company, role, email address, and LinkedIn URL (optional), plus either a general message or a description of a specific business problem, its current state, your desired timing, and what would materially improve if it were solved. If you arrived from a specific service page, we also record which one. This site has no account system, no newsletter signup, and no e-commerce, so this form is the only point of collection.
Your submission is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It's sent directly to our inbox at hello@prople.com.au, with the reply-to address set to the email you provided. We don't use it for marketing, sell it, or share it beyond what's described below.
Two third-party services are involved in handling a form submission. Resend delivers the email from our website to our inbox; Resend's own dashboard retains a log of emails sent through it, under its own retention practices. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile, the bot-verification check on the consultation form, which may process some technical browser signals as part of confirming you're not an automated script.
This site uses conversion-tracking tags from Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads on every page, so we can measure whether our advertising is actually leading to booked consultations, and to show our ads to people who've previously visited the site (remarketing). These tags may set cookies and share limited technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, with Google and LinkedIn. We don't use any other analytics or tracking tool beyond these two — there's no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tool anywhere on prople.com.au. You can opt out of personalised advertising through Google's Ad Settings and LinkedIn's advertising opt-out, or block these cookies through your browser's privacy settings.
We don't run a database. A form submission exists only as the email it generates, sent via Resend to hello@prople.com.au and retained the same way we retain any other business email.
